It's not easy being a gardener, despite what they say on TV. It takes time, effort, knowledge and money to get it right, and those aren't always things we can afford in abundance in the modern world. But even when you're not 'getting it right' it can still be immensely satisfying to try.

In this blog, I'm hoping to share some of the things I've learned over the years, and some of the experiences that I have every day. I love gardening, and despite the weather, the slugs, and all the other little things that get me down, I hope I never lose my enthusiam, or the need to get outside and grow things.
